This 13.000 square meter project is the headquarters of Simon, a large firm located in the city of Barcelona.

The markedly industrial style of the huge project aims at striking a perfect balance between the past and the future of the company: the historical footprint of a recovered building which has been transformed to become a technological, avant-garde venue. Spaces have been thought in terms of functional lines to create a harmonious internal structure with open-plan floors. A concept where its virtually division-free nature and the lightness of the actual partitioning carried off generate an unquestionable feeling of spaciousness and connectedness all along.

The warm yet minimalistic style deployed by Katty Schiebeck Studio coupled with the avant-garde, retrofuturistic personality of the building itself have meant the creation of an office complex where functionality transcends its own limits and aesthetics prevail forever.
